   Most of our services are digital in nature (web development, automation, AI tools, consulting, etc.). Once a service has started or delivered, refunds are generally not available.
   
2. Eligibility for Refund
   
   Refunds may be considered only if:
   
   – The service has not been started
   – There is a verified failure to deliver agreed services
   – A duplicate payment was made
   
3. Non-Refundable Cases
   
   We do NOT offer refunds for:
   
   – Completed services
   – Change of mind after project start
   – Delays caused by client-side communication or delays
   – Free consultations or trial services

5. Processing Time
